General Provisions

pkpkplay is an online gaming and betting platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between pkpkplay ("we", "our", "platform") and registered users ("you", "member").

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Verification

pkpkplay may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Payments made in a third party's name are not accepted; the source of the deposit must be the user's own account.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met.
• pkpkplay reserves the right to suspend and verify withdrawals where fraud is suspected.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the pkpkplay platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Welcome Bonus and Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

pkpkplay gives new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirement.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within a specified time limit.
• pkpkplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• In cases of fraud or bonus abuse, the relevant account may be closed.
• pkpkplay reserves the right to prevent any attempt to exploit bonus benefits through multiple accounts, combined betting, or any other dishonest means.

VIP Program and Cashback

The pkpkplay VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Members are progressively promoted to higher VIP tiers based on regular gaming activity and loyalty. The timing and method of cashback payments are determined by pkpkplay and are subject to change. VIP membership is at pkpkplay's discretion and may be revoked for rule violations.

User Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the pkpkplay platform:

• Creating an account with false information or concealing identity.
• Using unauthorized software, bots, or automated tools to access the system.
• Intentionally exploiting any platform error or bug and failing to report it to pkpkplay.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or attempting to harm other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities occur, pkpkplay reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant account and forfeit any earned bonuses.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Terms

All games available on the pkpkplay platform are conducted according to defined rules. The specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface. If a game ends abnormally due to a technical error, pkpkplay reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.

7.2 Sports Betting

• If an event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be returned to the user's balance.
• For bets placed during a match (in-play), pkpkplay reserves the right to void any abnormal or misleading odds.
• In the case of an obvious pricing error, pkpkplay reserves the right to void the bet.

7.3 Responsible Gaming

Platform Liability and Limitations

pkpkplay is committed to maintaining a safe and reliable platform and uses the highest security measures including SSL encryption. However, pkpkplay is not responsible for:

• Loss in games or bets due to internet disconnection.
• Third-party access resulting from the user's own negligence in exposing account credentials.
• Issues caused by the user's device or network.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.

pkpkplay will endeavor to resolve any technical issues promptly. However, no guarantee is provided that all services will be available without interruption at all times.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by pkpkplay

pkpkplay may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Providing a false identity or concealing age.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Privacy and Data Protection

pkpkplay places the highest importance on the security of your personal information. Information provided on our platform is used solely to improve our services and to comply with legal obligations.
